Delivered a WhatsApp Business Platform integration for PTCL Group. Owned the backend: message routing, template lifecycle, delivery-receipt reconciliation, retry queues, and the webhook layer feeding the existing CRM. Rate-limit-aware dispatchers keep the pipeline inside Meta's tier windows on high-volume billing runs.
