The product
Ithra, run by the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture, uses this digital platform to publish cultural programming, sell and register attendees for events, and deliver content to visitors in both Arabic and English.
What I built
Contracted independently to add backend features to the platform: API endpoints, admin tooling non-technical program staff use to publish and update content without engineering involvement, and the integrations behind them. Emphasis on i18n-safe schemas, timezone-correct scheduling, and stable public endpoints during launch windows. Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, in Docker.
