The product
NadlanOne is a professional brokerage SaaS for Israeli real-estate agents. It pairs a shared property database with a per-brokerage workflow so an office can ingest new listings, hand them off to the right agent, and track the incoming leads that come out of them.
What I built
Engaged directly by the founder to build the backend services. I designed the data model, the REST API surface, and the background jobs behind the platform, and hardened auth and role scoping so brokerages and their agents each saw only their own data. Added structured logging and health checks so a small founding team could operate it without a dedicated ops person. NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, TypeORM, in Docker on AWS.
